PLEASE JOIN AND START POSTING TODAY :D We’re here to take the hassle out of finding unique accessories and clothing items, so if you enjoy seeing things others have made, or are just looking for a little something to buy or some inspiration, then this is the community for you. It can be a real pain trawling through the 529896 ebay auction posts in other communities before finding exactly what you’re looking for, but this community aims to showcase the items you’ll find most appealing, without all the unnecessary posts. You don't have to ask to join (if you're a designer and want to show off, please see below), just click the join link above. *Do you design and make your own stationary, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, keyrings, clothes or bags? *Do you like sharing your creations & inspirations with others? *Do you have a website on which you show or sell these items? *Most importantly, do you like showing off? *Yes to all of the above? Then this community is for you. Anyone can join, posts are moderated however to prevent 543739 posts of the same item being displayed and in order to prevent hundreds of unnecessary and irrelevant posts. Designers - *Please place images exceeding 300x300 px behind an lj-cut. If you are posting more than one image of your item, place the rest behind the lj-cut. *If, for some reason, the pictures you're posting might offend others or might be inappropriate for the viewer to see them in a public place (i.e. nudity), please post those behind a cut and provide a warning. *Do not post the same pictures/items more than once [unless you eventually put it on sale/reduce the price or change it in some way]. *Show us pictures of what you've made. Text describing it is always fun [&useful, of course], but by itself, it sort of doesn't get across exactly how visually spectacular your creation is [unless you're an award winning writer]. *You may provide a link to the site you showcase/sell your items on, or your ebay store [as long as your post actually contains images of something you've made] but DO NOT use this community to advertise or to make ebay posts. The main aim is to show off your unique creations and create more awareness of your talents & products. *Following on from the above, DO NOT post/flood the community with ebay or etsy or any other selling place/auction posts. There are dozens of communities for these purposes. *If you do arrange to sell an item with an interested buyer, it is your responsibility to sort out details, such as shipping and cost. If a buyer fails to pay for the item[s] you have delivered, please note I cannot personally do anything about this, but do let me know so I can remove them from this community and post a warning to the other designers. Members *If you can, please do comment and provide feedback to designers for items you really like [or perhaps didn't like - but be constructive, not bitchy]. *Be nice. If you don't like something someone has made, please be polite. Flaming will not be tolerated. *If you're interested in buying anything you see posted in this community, get in touch with the designer. It is your responsibility to sort out details of transactions & shipping with the designer. If a designer fails to deliver the item[s] you have payed for, please note that I cannot do anything about this as I am not in any way affiliated with any of the designers, but please do let me know about what has happened so I can remove the designer from the community.
